Mein Ansatz in der Physiotherapie ist es, mittels ganzheitlichen Therapieplänen meine PatientInnen dabei zu unterstützen, ihre individuellen Ziele zu erreichen.
Die Rehabilitation nach Sportverletzungen, die Verbesserung orthopädischer Problemstellungen und die allgemeine Leistungssteigerung zählen dabei zu meinen Schwerpunkten.
Außerdem begleite ich meine PatientInnen gerne auf ihrem Weg in ein schmerzfreies und bewegungsreicheres Leben.
Bewegung war und ist schon immer eine meiner größten Leidenschaften.
In meiner Freizeit betreibe ich verschiedene Sportarten. Auch wenn das Training im Fitnessstudio dabei im Vordergrund steht, betreibe ich außerdem gerne Outdoor Sportarten wie Tennis, Mountainbiken oder Wandern.
